Shaykh: Abu ‘Amr Abdul-Kareem Al-Hajooree Refutes the Slanders, Lies and Wicked Statements of Abu Hakeem Bilal Davies

The Honourable Shaykh: Abu ‘Amr Abdul-Kareem Al-Hajooree Refutes the Slanders, Lies and Wicked Statements of Abu Hakeem Bilal Davies Against the Sincere Advisor ashShaykh Yahya bin ‘Alee Al-Hajooree and some of his Students 1
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
The reader of the question says: In the name of Allah the Most Merciful, the bestower of mercy, all praise is for Allah, and may the prayers and peace be upon the noblest of the creation of Allah and the messengers; our prophet Muhammad and upon his family and all of his companions. For we have gathered today; Thursday the 17th of Jamaad Al-Uulaa year 1432 with our honourable Shaykh; Ash-Shaykh Abu ‘Amr Abdul-Kareem Bin Ahmad Al-Hajooree, may Allah the most high preserve him, in presenting to him some questions from some of our brothers from Britain, we hope from Allah that he grants him success and shows him the correct way in answering them. 1
So our brothers; the questioners say11
To our honourable Shaykh; Abu ‘Amr Abdul-Kareem Al-Hajooree, may Allah the Most High preserve him from all evil and that which is detested, to proceed: On the night of the 16th of Muharram year 1432, Abu Hakeem (one of the Du’aat of Al-Maktabah As-Salafiyyah) gave a lecture in one of the universities of London, and after the lecture Abu Hakeem spoke with some brothers (from them being Abu ‘Aisha Mahmood As-Somaali and Abu Rumayyis Jameel Al-Ghayaani) outside of the university and began slandering Shaykh Yahya, may Allah preserve him and one of the students of the Daar (i.e. the centre of Dammaj). 1
We request from your eminence, if you would kindly comment and refute with evidences supported from the book and Sunnah upon the following slanders of Abu Hakeem, may Allah the most high preserve you: 11
Abu Hakeem said mockingly: “One of the points that Abdullah Al-Hindi wrote against Al-Maktabah As-Salafiyyah was: ‘I wrote to you with “Asalaamu’alaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakaatuhu” and you replied “Wa’alaykumassalaam”, “I wrote to you in Arabic and you replied back in English” and then he and those that were around him laughed. 1
Then Abu Hakeem spoke about the book Al-Ibanaah and said: “Instead of refuting the Shaykh (i.e. Shaykh Muhammad Al-Imaam) he could have made mention of the points to him and ask that these be touched upon in its revised addition but other than that the book is Jayyid! He was then asked: Do you have the book? To which he replied, “I don’t have the book personally but Abu Khadeejah has it“. 1
Ash-Shaykh Abu ‘Amr: “All praise is for Allah; the lord of all that exists, and I testify that none has the right to be worshipped except Allah alone, without any partner, and I testify that Muhammad is his slave and messenger, may the many prayers and peace be upon him and his family. To proceed: From that which is known is that the truth is aided and that Allah aids it by the men, Allah; glorified and exalted is he says: 1
.In houses (mosques), which Allâh has ordered to be raised (to be cleaned, and to be honoured), in them His Name is glorified in the mornings and in the afternoons or the evenings, Men whom neither trade nor sale diverts them from the Remembrance of Allâh (with heart and tongue)
(An-Nur 24:36-37).
And Allah, glorified and exalted is he, aided his messenger with men, Allah aided by way of them the truth and had forsaken by way of them the falsehood: 1
مُّحَمَّدٌ رَّسُولُ اللَّهِ وَالَّذِينَ مَعَهُ أَشِدَّاء عَلَى الْكُفَّارِ رُحَمَاء بَيْنَهُمْ
.
Muhammad (may peace and blessings be upon him ) is the Messenger of Allâh, and those who are with him are severe against disbelievers and merciful among themselves… (Al-Fath 48:29) 1
There are those that forsake the truth from the people of falsehood, and this is nothing new, for since the earlier times of Al-Islaam there are those that are enemies to the truth as you know, whether being from the people of Al-Kufr and ash-Shirk, they were and do not cease to be (i.e. enemies to the truth) and then the Munaafiqoon had appeared after the battle of Badr, and the good and evil does not cease to be in conflict up until Yawm Al-Qiyaamah. 1
Our lord, glorified and exalted is he, says: 1
وَكَذَلِكَ جَعَلْنَا لِكُلِّ نَبِيٍّ عَدُوًّا مِّنَ الْمُجْرِمِينَ
Thus have We made for every Prophet an enemy among the Mujrimûn (disbelievers, polytheists, criminals, etc.)… (Al-Furqan 25:31) 1
And everyone is (trialled) in accordance (to their religion), the prophet (is trialled) according to his strength and in accordance to his Eeman and his firmness in the religion of Allah, and the righteous slave, the scholar and the caller (to Islaam) (are trialled) in accordance to (their religion), as the Messenger of Allahsaid: “Those who suffered the most trials are the prophets, then those who are most like them, then those who are most like them, a person is trialled in accordance to his religion”. The hadeeth is upon the authority of Sa’eed and Sa’ad bin Abee Waqqaas and are both present in Saheeh Al-Musnad of our Shaykh Muqbil, may Allah have mercy upon him. 1
And from those that have deviated from the truth are Al-Maktabah As-Salafiyyah, they were upon Jaaddah (seriousness upon As-Salafiyyah) even though they may have had some affairs that they did not free themselves from before, and perhaps this is the reason for them deviating, for indeed sins draw one another. When they followed Al-Jaabiree wholeheartedly and they blind-followed him and did not devote themselves to the proof, as you know what Al-Jaabiree has from calamites, issues of misguidance and deviation, these people blind followed him and followed his statements upon Baatil (falsehood). So for this reason there is no surprise upon the one that does not devote himself to the truth that such speech may emanate from him, whether it be slandering our Shaykh; the Shaykh of Ad-Da’wah As-Salafiyyah of Yemen or slandering some of Salafi brothers, so what you are waiting for from the people of falsehood? 1
Are you waiting for them to say: ‘Na’am, may Allah reward you!’, this is not going to occur, when Dimaad came to Makkah, he heard the foolish ones from among the inhabitants of Makkah saying that Muhammad is insane, and this Hadeeth is in the Saheeh of Imaam Muslim upon the authority of Ibn ‘Abbaas, so he thought the affair is as was said, and the Messenger of Allah is the best of mankind and the most intelligent of them, “and he does not speak from desire, nor does he speak of (his own) desire, it is only an Inspiration that is inspired”, despite this they said he is insane, so Dimaad came and thought that the affair is as was said. 1
So he said: “Oh Muhammad I use incantations to protect against magic and Allah cures whom he wills at my hands, would you like to try it?” Subhaanallah, he thought it was as they said, so the prophet said: “Verily, all praise is for Allah. We praise him and seek his assistance…” and mentioned the beginning of the Khutbah Al-Haajjah which is well known, so Dimaad heard this speech and knew that this is not the speech of an insane man, so he said: “Can you repeat these words of yours again”, so he repeated them thrice, so he said: “By Allah they have reached the depths of the ocean (in meaning and eloquence) and I have never heard the likes of these words, give me your hand for indeed I testify that none has the right to be worshipped except Allah and Muhammad is his slave and messenger”. 1
So due to this, we will clarify in summary and comment upon the speech of these people with that which is possible InshaaAllah, for the one who wishes guidance for himself and for the one that has been deceived and does not listen to the advice of the advisers. We shall clarify so that Allah benefits by way of it, so that those who were to be destroyed might be destroyed after a clear evidence, and those who were to live might live after a clear evidence.[1] 1
As for the affair of the book: ‘Al-Ibaanah’[2]see how he (Abu Hakeem) speaks from desires! He has not read the book, neither does he actually possess it and he speaks with falsehood and slander, he says if they could have been presented to him, no rather they were presented to him! The refutations (of Al-Imaams book Al-Ibaanah) that are written were presented to him and they remained with him for more than two months, majority of them (i.e. the refutations) and the Shaykh (ash-Shaykh Yahya) had advised him on the phone straight away and many of the students of knowledge spoke to him. 1
And he had heard a lot of criticisms (concerning the book) from here and there, i.e. ash-Shaykh Muhammad Al-Imaam, may Allah grant him success, however he persisted upon his mistakes and upon the confusion which is in the book, and a book was printed in refuting it, rather many books have been printed refuting it and they have been distributed, and have been distributed on the websites, and despite him affirming and acknowledging that there are mistakes within it and him promising that he is going to retract from them, he has not retracted. 1
Rather the book is printed, is given out and distributed, Saheeh, the sincere person does not feel content if his book was to be printed a second time or was to be distributed whilst it has printing mistakes, writing mistakes or grammatical mistakes, Saheeh, or mistakes in the Hadeeth, for example if he was to declare a Hadeeth to be authentic and it is (actually) weak or he was to declare a Hadeeth to be weak and it becomes clear to him that the Hadeeth is authentic or that which is similar to that, so how about mistakes that are of the Manhaj and the ‘Aqeedah and Allah is the one in whom aid is sought. 1
So this statement (of Abu Hakeem’s) is a statement of one who has not enquired into (the affair)it is the statement of one who has not been just, this speech occurred (i.e. to Shaykh Muhammad Al-Imaam), and that which is greater that it, he was advised i.e. ash-Shaykh Muhammad Al-Imaam nevertheless he did not…rather it has reached us that ash-Shaykh Rabee’ had sent to him some mistakes (that he saw needs correcting) nevertheless, he did not change anything and the book does not cease to remain the way it is. 1
Thereafter this is advice (i.e. highlighting his mistakes publicly), this is advice to the Muslims, I mean the refutations that have been authored against him, and is also a clarification to what is within it from mistakes, and that which is obligatory is that he (Abu Hakeem) aids the people of the truth and that he states that this is a mistake and that ash-Shaykh Muhammad Al-Imaam has erred within this speech. Some time ago we i.e: us, ash-Shaykh Muhammad Al-Imaam and they themselves (i.e. SPUBS) were all criticising these principles, and now ash-Shaykh Muhammad Al-Imaam himself has inflamed them and Allah is the one in whom aid is sought. 1
The Reader: They also mention (that he said): “They say about us that we are businessmen, what is the problem if we are businessmen, the book shop sells tapes and other than that, and the money goes towards the upkeep of the Masjid, the printing of leaflets and the rent of the Masjid, so where will the money come from? From four or five people? This is not fair!” 1
Ash-Shaykh Abu ‘Amr Al-Hajooree: Doing business is not a fault, Saheeh, the Salaf used to do business, that which you were criticised for was not that you are businessmen or that you do business, for that is not disputed except if that is from prohibited (sources) or from ways that are not legislated, however the fault is that the Da’wah be taken as a tool for business, Saheeh, as you do; you do business in the name of Da’wah, and you take the wealth of the people, and we have been informed of affairs that you do, be it regarding Salafi Publications or other than it, doing business under the assumption that it is Da’wah, that is what one should be cautious with1
Na’am, for if you want to do business then do business, in that which is permissible and leave off from the Da’wah and do not do business in the name of Da’wah, for indeed this is considered cheating, tricking and deceiving the Muslims, i.e. doing business in the name of Da’wah, as for business that is purely (business) and has no connection to the Da’wah within it, then this affair has no caution in regards to it, and neither is there any one disputing with you over this, rather that which is disputed is business in the name of Da’wah. You take affairs in the name of Da’wah and do business within it and the intention behind all of this is what? Is to take the wealth of the people with bewilderment and stealth1
The reader: Then Abu Hakeem said, and we were all astonished by what he said: “Why is it not appropriate that we have a business? Whilst we know that he– i.e. referring to ash-Shaykh Yahya- was a tradesman and that he worked in a place that sells everything for two Riyaal like everybody else??! So then why is it okay for him to work!!! And for us it is not appropriate that we work?” And the people found pleasure with this speech of his, and then he said: “We have points on him too – i.e. on ash-Shaykh Yahya – however we don’t want to open that up”. 1
Ash-Shaykh Abu ‘Amr: This is as you have heard (previously), they are blind followers of Al-Jaabiree; 1
A blind one guides one that can see, do not be foolish!!1
Indeed one that seeks guidance from the blind [3] has become misguided1
The Shaykh (i.e. ash-Shaykh Yahya) has heard his speech, and this is a lie, i.e. that the Shaykh used to sell things in a shop for two Riyaals, this is not correct fundamentally even though there is nothing wrong with it, however lying is not permissible, even though this (i.e. working in a shop) is something permissible. 1
The selling of commodities there is no problem with it, and we have previously mentioned that the companions (of the prophet ) did business, as did the heads of Al-Islaam used to do business and even until now there is no problem with it and amongst us business is present, and if Allah had not made business for the people then many benefits would have been impeded, then this affair is not disputed, rather this is from deceptionthey want to deceive the people in making them think: ‘that these people do not understand’ and that ‘they do not perceive’ and ‘that they dispute concerning issues that are permissible that they themselves do’, this is not correct, as you have heard, doing business is not disputed except if it is under the assumption that it is Da’wah, taking a wage in the name of Da’wah and calling to the wealth of the people with falsehood, this is that which is prohibited. 1
As for what he has attributed to our Shaykh then it is a complete lie as you have heard, and if this forsaken one (i.e. Abu Hakeem) had any Fiqh he would have used as an evidence the actions of the companions (of the Prophet ) and the prophets, Daawood was a blacksmith and Zakariyyah was a carpenter ‘Alayhimasalaam and he would have used evidences in their proper places, and not use the actions of ordinary men as proofs,if he had any Fiqh he would have used as a proof the actions of the companions, may Allah be pleased with them, like ‘Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, Abdur-Rahmaan Bin ‘Awf and so-and-so and so-and-so and there are a lot of proofs for this, more than that which can be accumulated. 1
If he had any Fiqh he would not have used as a proof a story that has been made that he had heard from Al-Jaabiree the forsaken one. However if one is prevented from being granted success then he is prevented from being able to give proofs (in their proper places), Saheeh, he was prevented from being granted success otherwise he would have given proofs, and would say so and so companion did such and such, and so and so companion did such and such, this so and so Imaam…, and such and such prophet used to work with metal in such and such way, so if he had any Fiqh he would have been granted success in using proof in its proper place, he would not use a story that is not even affirmed in the first place. 1
The reader asks: And what about his previous statement, “We have points on him too!” Our Shaykh? 1
Ash-Shaykh Abu ‘AmrThey do not have any (valid) points with them! Lies!!! This is from their lies! Ash-Shaykh Ibn Baz said concerning the people of falsehood: “If the people of falsehood were able to accuse the caller to Allah of having relations with his own mother, then they would do so” Saheeh, do not find it astonishing that they lie just as they have lied now upon the Shaykh that he sold everything for two Riyaals or that which is similar to itdo not be surprised that they come with lies similar to these and spread them, and nothing can be considered correct except with truthfulness. 1
The reader: After this speech, one of the listeners talked about an article (meaning Al-Bayaan Al-Fawree[4])which comprises of ‘Aqeedah issues according to their assumption, and all of them seemed to know about this ‘clarification’ and they seemed to be content with what it comprised of. Then one of the listeners mentioned that “ash-Shaykh Yahya refutes people over matters pertaining to Fiqh!!!” Neither Abu Hakeem nor other than him contested this and neither did they say he was mistaken. 1
Ash-Shaykh Abu ‘AmrThis is a lie!! Fiqh issues??! We differ with the Shaykh (i.e. Shaykh Yahya) in many issues, in books that have been printed and distributed, Saheeh, in the lessons in the talks or sometimes we speak in the sermons whilst the Shaykh is present and we say with that which differs with what the Shaykh in the things that the Salaf differed in, he does not rebuke us concerning anything from that or other than us. 1
And the Shaykh himself would perhaps disagree with Shaykh Muqbil, may Allah mercy upon him, he used to and does not cease to (differ sometimes), us, our brothers and our Shaykh all without exception differ in issues that the Salaf differed with one another in and in that which differing is permitted, we do not differ in this and no one can deny this, this is not correct, except in a matter which differing is not permitted then yes (we do differ) and this is his obligation, and the obligation of every (sincere) advisor that he refutes the mistakes. As for the issues that one should not be refuted in, then this (i.e. attributing it to ash-Shaykh Yahya) is from falsehood and fabrications. 1
Then Abu Hakeem mentioned : “….that ash-Shaykh Rabee’ is not pleased with the speech that is circulating(regarding SPUBS) and is with Al-Maktabah As-Salafiyyah, however he has not spoken because he knows that his words are final and for this reason, he has not spoken up until now”. Then Abu Hakeem added: ‘Ash-Shaykh Rabee’ is with us in his inner-self’. 1
Ash-Shaykh Abu ‘Amr: Be he with you in his inner-self, or in what is apparent from his actions or in that which he straightforwardly utters upon his tongue, we do not worship Allah, glorified and exalted is He, with the statement of anyone, except the Messenger of Allah and the understanding of the Salaf, Saheeh. Ash-Shaykh Rabee’ is a human being; he is correct sometimes and errs sometimes and is not infallible, therefore regardless of whether he is with you or against you it is the proof that is considered, it is the Truth that is considered. 11
This issue is clear. Al-Jaabiree has fell into deviations that which (its clearness) is like the Sun. Ash-Shaykh Rabee’ himself stated that Al-Jaabiree made Takfeer (i.e. declared him to be a disbeliever) of him and this was mentioned in a sitting with a number of brothers present, so this does not justify the mistakes of Al-Jaabiree neither the mistakes of anyone else, the claim that ‘so and so is with you’ and ‘so and so is against you’, it is the proof that is considered. Allah, glorified and exalted is He says: 11
اتَّبِعُوا مَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكُمْ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا مِنْ دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاءَ
Follow what has been sent down unto you from your Lord (the Qur’an and Prophet Muhammad’s Sunnah), and follow not any Auliya’ (protectors and helpers who order you to associate partners in worship with Allah), besides Him (Allah). (Surah A’raaf/3) 11
Whether he be an ‘Aalim, an Imaam or whoever he may be, the truth is that which is considered, and that which is considered is that one shows importance to being upright upon the legislation of Allah, and these people have deviations that are as clear as the Sun. What do we say with respect to the statement of Al-Jaabiree about going to the Magicians (to remove magic), and the slander of Al-Jaabiree regarding Ka’b Bin Maalik, and his permitting of pictures, and his permitting of voting and a number of deviations? Does ash-Shaykh Rabee’ affirm this? Or do you (affirm these things yourselves)? And whoever affirms these affairs then he is gravely mistaken and has not acquired the Truth whoever he may be. And whoever rebuts this evil then we say (to him): ‘this one is mistaken and these people are following these mistaken ones, and what is obligatory is adhering to the Truth, you have been admonished with what we have stated’. 1
The reader: And they saidAnd then he mentioned how ‘Abdullah Al-Hindee’s name, that is in Dammaj, resembles a Hindu name, and the brother (‘Abdullah Al-Hindee) was not known to them at the time when he sent the treatise as an advice to them. Thereafter Abu Hakeem mentioned,“If I had known, I would have replied to the letter addressing him as ‘Mr.Singh’!!”This is a well-known name amongst the Mushrikeen in the west. And the meaning of this statement is that had I known that he was a Hindu before entering into Al-Islaam, I would have addressed him as ‘Mr.Singh’.1
Ash-Shaykh Abu ‘Amr: 1
We hear a lot of crackling but do not see any grinding[5]1
These people are gravely mistaken, and upon them is to repent to Allah, glorified and exalted be He. By Allah, if they were to refute many times (it would not benefit them in the slightest). Al-Imaam (ash-Shaykh Muhammad Al-Imaam) remained for years gathering (what he gathered) in that book, and he collected introductions from here and there which had not benefited him in any way, rather it harmed him more than it benefited. 11
And he had speech that people would listen to, and perhaps even if it is a mistake people would still listen to it, and when he authored that book (i.e. Al-Ibaanah) and he gathered for himself six people to give introductions, give praises for the book and for confirmation (of its contents) and other than this, due to the fact that the book was Baatil (upon falsehood), that is the thing that caused him to fall, and it is that which caused him harm, Saheeh. 1
And the people were through with him and ran away from him. And if you refuted rightfully then the Truth is accepted, how can you refute the Truth, will (your refutation) be in truth? No, rather you would be refuting in falsehood. And even if you refute in falsehood in volumes, it will not increase you except in loss and humiliation. Therefore we advise them with repenting, them and other than them, we advise all of the Muslims with repenting to Allah and turning to Allah, glorified and exalted is He, and if a person’s mistake becomes clear to him he should return from his mistake and repent (to Allah). 1
He should not increase in speech which does not benefit him, if there is a great deal of refuting in falsehood whether it be in tapes, in treatises or in other than this, this does not increase the doer except in sin and distancing (from the Truth). And it is compulsory to accept and return to the Truth whoever it may come from, from the young one or the old one, whoever it comes from, it is obligatory for him to accept the Truthand that it is clarified to him by his brothers. 1
Then they mentioned (i.e. the questioners): ‘Once we left, the brother Abu Rumayyis Jameel sent a BB message to Abu Hakeem saying: “As-Salaamu ‘Alaykum WaRahmatullahi WaBarakaatuh, Wallahi I love you for the sake of Allah and for this reason I’m sending you this text message. I believe you made a mistake in some of the things you mentioned to brothers last night and how much you opened up the situation for them at your car after the lecture at the University, and Allah knows best.” 1
Abu Hakeem then replied: “Wa alaikum salaam wa rahmatullah and by Allaah I love you for the sake of Allaah akh in honesty I only said what is already in circulation and gripes I know a number of our scholars have and I only spoke like that to brothers I consider to b aaqil akh you being from them shk Allaah yahfadhak wa yubaarik feek”. 1
Thereafter the brother Abu Rumayyis Jameel responded: “Wa iyaaka…I hope inshallah I can meet and speak with you properly. I’m off from next week if you are free, I am able to come to Birmingham one day and meet you at your office if you don’t mind”. 1
However up until now he has not replied to the brothers BB message, this was the last time he spoke with him and Allah’s aid is sought. 1
Ash-Shaykh Abu ‘AmrThis is their custom; they flee from the Haqq, even if they are to be advised they run away (from the advice), just as Imam Ahmad said: ‘The people of innovation do not return (to the Truth)’, even if he says ‘I will listen to you, make me content (with your argument) and clarify to me (the issues), it has not become clear to me’, rather most of the time all they want is to make friends with you, they do not desire to return. 1
And in any case, I advise all my brothers whether they are present (here) or whoever is listening to this from here or there, with being steadfast upon seeking knowledge, we advise ourselves with being steadfast upon seeking knowledge for indeed it is only an increase, indeed legislative knowledge is the backbone of this Da’wah, the knowledge of the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of his Messenger upon the understanding of the Salaf, and being steadfast in memorising the Quraan and pondering over its meaning and learning it, and similarly the Prophetic Sunnah. Being steadfast upon seeking knowledge is as Imaam Wardi: 1
In the increasing of knowledge incurs enmity
And the beatification of knowledge is the rectification of Actions1
We advise all of ourselves with being upright upon knowledge and upon that which benefits, and with busying ourselves with that which benefits us from worship, with acting upon knowledge, may Allah bless you and calling to Allah within the limits of the slave’s ability whilst being cautious from the people of falsehood and wickedness, and (know that) these people will leave (i.e. they will disperse), these people will leave. Now, they have hasty movements like the hasty movements of a dare devil, Saheeh, there is not an innovator who innovates or becomes a Hizbee and leaves the fold of As-Salafiyyah, most of the time especially if he has an effect (upon others), except that he causes commotion in the Da’wah, like the dead one when the agony of death reaches him he prances about with his legs, then he dies as if he never had any effect (upon anyone), Saheeh. 1
And like this, everyone who leaves he starts with these hasty movements, speech and things similar to this, and after this they waste away and leave off knowledge. So look at those who used to be with us here (in Dammaj), they used to be teachers, an ample amount of people used to attend their lessons from the students, and they used to have books being published, and they used to travel to give Da’wah, so when they left they became like the news of yesterday as if they never existed, Saheeh. 1
Therefore wait for these people they will end, Al-Maktabah As-Salafiyyah or other than them (from those that wage war against the Da’wah), they will end as if they had no effect (on anyone) and will become like the news of yesterday and for this reason I advise you with being steadfast upon seeking knowledge. Also another advice is to not busy oneself a great deal with them, for indeed the majority of those who innovate do not show any concern towards knowledge and does not care about wasting time, Saheeh. 1
So this is a summarized advice about being steadfast upon knowledge, for it is what will benefit in the two abodes (i.e. this worldly life and the Hereafter) if Allah, glorified and exalted is he, wills and it is the weapon which we use to fight against our enemies from the Polytheists, the Christians, the Innovators and the Sinners. We can clarify issues to them, we are in need of conveying the religion of Allah which is clear and pure just as the Messenger of Allah came with it, and this will not come about except through learning, understanding it and being cautious from the people of falsehood. We ask Allah the grants us success to everything the loves and is pleased with and All praise is for Allah, the Lord of the
creation. 1

A[1]And this a verse from Surah Anfaal; “So that those who were to be destroyed (for their rejecting the Faith) might be destroyed after a clear evidence, and those who were to live (i.e. believers) might live after a clear evidence. And surely, Allâh is All-Hearer, All-Knower”. (Al-Anfal 8:42)

A [2]Abook authored by ash-Shaykh Muhammad Al-Imaam, in which some of the Mashaayikh have refuted, the Shaykh, may Allah rectify him, mentioned many principles that the Hizbee Abul-Hasan Al-Misree had introduced in his books, and this is not strange as at the time of when Al-‘Allaamah Al-Muhaddith Yahya Bin ‘Alee Al-Hajooree was refuting Abul-Hasan, ash-Shaykh Muhammad Al-Imaam was calling Abul-Hasan an Imaam, and ash-Shaykh ‘Abdul-‘Aziz Al-Bura’ee was saying statements such as: “Al-Hajooree is not able to teach the books of Abul-Hasan, let alone refute him”. Likewise he introduced many principles that coincide with ‘Ali Hasan Al-Halabee’s principles. You may return back to some of the translations of refutations on this book from the following post: http://www.aloloom.net/vb/showthread.php?t=8557

P[3]Please notice that the affair of being blind here means to be blind from the truth and does not mean being blind from sight.
A[4]Al-Bayaan Al-Fawree, or ‘The Immediate Clarification’ an article authored by ‘Arafaat Bin Hussain Al-Mohammadee Al-Barmakee, in which the author accuses ash-Shaykh Yahya, may Allah preserve him, of opposing many fundamentals of the religion. The article is based upon tampering of speech, lying, fabrications and affairs that the followers of Abul-Hasan tried to attribute to the Sincere Advisor; ash-Shaykh Yahya. 1
